简要说明：FilmPick 不会把你的负片图像、项目或筛选结果上传到开发者服务器。
1. 本地数据处理
当你拍摄或导入一张负片图像时，FilmPick 会在设备上完成画格识别、正片预览、调整、筛选和导出。应用不会创建用户账号，也不包含广告、跨应用跟踪或第三方分析 SDK。
项目元数据和工作图像副本保存在 FilmPick 的本地应用容器中，直到你删除项目或卸载应用。删除 FilmPick 项目不会删除系统照片图库中的原始图像。
2. 主动分享、反馈与诊断
导出文件只有在你使用 Apple 系统分享界面并选择目标后才会离开应用。目标应用或服务将按照其自身隐私政策处理你选择分享的内容。
“导出诊断信息”仅生成应用版本、iOS 版本、通用设备型号和生成时间，不包含负片图像或项目内容。诊断文件只在你主动选择分享时发送。
如果你主动通过电子邮件联系支持，你的邮箱地址、邮件内容和你选择添加的附件会由邮件服务商传输，并由我们用于回复和解决问题。请不要发送与问题无关的敏感内容。
3. App Store 购买
一次性购买和恢复购买由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 处理。FilmPick 在设备上读取购买权益以判断是否解锁；开发者不接收你的完整支付卡信息。Apple 对购买数据的处理适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
4. 本网站
本网站不使用广告或行为分析脚本。托管服务器可能为安全、防滥用和故障排查临时记录标准访问数据，例如 IP 地址、访问时间、请求路径、浏览器类型和响应状态。这些日志不用于广告画像。
5. 儿童隐私与政策更新
FilmPick 不以收集儿童个人信息为目的。如果应用的数据处理方式发生实质变化，本页面会更新生效日期和相关说明。

In brief: FilmPick does not upload your negative images, projects, or review decisions to a developer server.
1. On-device processing
When you capture or import a negative image, FilmPick performs frame detection, positive preview generation, adjustments, review, and export on your device. The app does not create user accounts and does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Project metadata and working image copies remain in FilmPick's local app container until you delete the project or uninstall the app. Deleting a FilmPick project does not delete the original image from your Photos library.
2. Sharing, support, and diagnostics
Exports leave the app only after you use an Apple system share interface and choose a destination. The destination app or service processes shared content under its own privacy policy.
The diagnostics export contains only the app version, iOS version, general device model, and generation time. It does not include negative images or project content, and it is sent only when you choose to share it.
If you voluntarily contact support by email, your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to add are transmitted by the relevant email providers and used by us to reply and resolve the issue. Please do not send unrelated sensitive content.
3. App Store purchases
One-time purchases and purchase restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit. FilmPick reads the entitlement on your device to determine whether features are unlocked. The developer does not receive your complete payment card information. Apple's privacy policy applies to Apple's handling of purchase data.
4. This website
This website does not use advertising or behavioral analytics scripts. For security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting, the hosting server may temporarily record standard access data such as IP address, access time, requested path, browser type, and response status. These logs are not used for advertising profiles.
5. Children and policy changes
FilmPick is not designed to collect children's personal information. If the app's data practices materially change, this page will be updated with a new effective date and relevant details.
